Working hard

After shooting stills at two weddings in back to back weekends and shooting video at B.I.S. 2008 (Building Industry Show), we have been a little bogged down with processing. So far so good. So if you are waiting to see the images/video I assure you it will be up soon. Have a great week and keep checking back.

New Month...New Lens(es)

Well there are only two more months left for 2008. It seems every year around this time everyone is saying, "Man this year has just flown by..." For us, with a pregnancy and birth of our son, it has indeed "flown by." But the year isn't up yet! We still have the most festive of holidays to come. With the first day of Nov. we had some rainy weather. It was a nice change of pace. Of course since we just add to our glass collection I had to take some test pictures.

The two lenses we acquired were the Canon 15mm f/2.8 Fisheye Lens and Canon 100mm f/2.8 Macro Lens.

I got so busy messing with the macro lens that I didn't take many with the fisheye. So the only images I have to show are from the macro. I will admit there is a little bit of a learning curve with macro shooting. So I'm sure the images will improve over time. But I was still pleased with the few I did take. Hope you enjoy them and please let me know what you think.

Happy Fall time!

This is Jessica's wedding rings 2+ years advanced. I think we need to get them cleaned.

I couldn't get away from all the rain drops. Next time I promise more variety.

The picture on the left is actually the rain falling FROM THE SKY. Not water drops on the lens.
